NBA Playoffs: Knicks beat Pacers in Game 1, Timberwolves take 2-0 series lead vs. Nuggets

The New York Knicks beat the Indiana Pacers 121-117 in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Monday night.

The Knicks rallied late in the game, with Donte Divincenzo making a three-pointer with 40 seconds to play. Jalen Brunson had a game-high 43 points for the Knicks, while Myles Turner led the Pacers with 23 points.

Game 2 will take place on Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m. at Madison Square Garden.

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Denver Nuggets 106-80 to take a 2-0 series lead in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinal series on Monday night.

Karl-Anthony Towns scored 27 points with 12 rebounds, while Anthony Edwards also had 27 points, with Naz Reid and Nickeil Alexander-Walker scoring 14 points apiece to help Minnesota earn the win against the reigning NBA champions.

The Timberwolves and Nuggets will now head back to Minneapolis for Game 3 of the best-of-seven series, set to take place on Friday.
